UX Design & Product Management—How to be a dynamic duo Instead Of arch enemies
When a UX Designer and Product Manager have developed a strong working relationship, it’ll feel like your product team has unlocked new abilities. All to often, however, this isn’t the case, and UX and Product Management find themselves in constant battle with each other.
In this webinar, I will be joined by my good friend Ryan Seamons to discuss how to strengthen the UX/PM relationship by aligning on roles and responsibilities, developing good process and communication, and building and maintaining trust.
Ryan and I worked together as PM/UX Designer for several years at Degreed right after it’s series A round and through it’s series C, helping Degreed scale to millions of users and hundreds of enterprise clients.
